NCREXCH Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NCREXCH, India’s premier online betting exchange. By creating an NCREXCH ID or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please review these rules carefully to ensure a safe and fair gaming experience.

1. User Eligibility

• Legal Age: Users must be 18 years or older to register for an NCREXCH Login.

• Account Ownership: Each individual is allowed only one (1) unique NCREXCH ID. Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same user will lead to an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.

• Jurisdiction: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that online betting is permitted in their local jurisdiction.

2. The Betting Exchange Rules

• Back & Lay Betting: NCREXCH acts as a facilitator for bets between users. We are not responsible for market fluctuations.

• Matched Bets: A bet is only valid once it is "Matched" on the exchange. Unmatched bets will be cancelled if the market closes.

• Market Integrity: NCREXCH reserves the right to void bets in the event of clear technical errors, "Past-Post" betting (betting after an event has occurred), or suspected match-fixing.

3. Deposits and Financial Policy

• Verified Channels: All deposits must be made through our official NCREXCH WhatsApp or dashboard links using UPI, GPay, or NetBanking.

• Third-Party Payments: We do not accept payments from third-party bank accounts. The name on the bank account must match the name on the NCREXCH ID.

• Instant Withdrawals: While we offer 24/7 withdrawals, processing times may vary based on banking holidays or technical maintenance.

4. Bonus and Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Any IPL 2026 Bonus or Welcome Offer is subject to specific turnover requirements. These must be met before a withdrawal can be initiated.

• Abuse Policy: Using "Opposite Betting" (betting on both sides of a match) to clear bonus requirements is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Software Bots: The use of automated "bots" or artificial intelligence to place bets on the exchange is a violation of our terms and will result in an instant account freeze.

• Collusion: Any evidence of users working together to manipulate market liquidity will be investigated, and accounts will be suspended.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Entertainment Value: NCREXCH is intended for entertainment. We encourage all users to play responsibly and set personal limits.

• Account Suspension: Users may request a temporary "Cooling-off" period or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our NCREXCH Support team.

7. Limitation of Liability

• NCREXCH is not liable for losses caused by poor internet connectivity, hardware failure, or service interruptions beyond our control. Our decision on match results and market settlements is final.
